When the Dolphins released every QB on their roster except Malik Willis, a move to get Kyle McCord seemed inevitable. A 2028 sixth-round pick seems reasonable for all parties. The Packers have now added multiple Day 3 picks via trades this calendar year, and that doesn't include any comp picks.

With Domani Jackson reportedly getting waived by the Packers, it's worth pointing out that he could potentially return to college football. This could change with the next court ruling (and then back again with the court ruling after that). Still, it's something to monitor.

We'll see if that's actually happening. This could be a procedural move to prevent Cal Adomitis' entire '26 salary from becoming guaranteed if/when the Packers decide to move on later. Maybe Matt Orzech is coming off PUP now (and I think it would have to be now to prevent him from missing 4+ games).
