Only four players since 1989 have been listed in PBP involved in 22% of team defensive plays:

C.Spielman 1994
R.Lewis 1997
D.Brooks 1998
D.Brooks 1999

Titans LB Anthony Hill is currently leading the league at 22.1% of plays! In part because they gave him an insane number of assists in Week 1.
