Josh Jacobs has been formally charged with two misdemeanors:

• Criminal damage to property
• Battery

This is the second instance in which Jacobs has faced misdemeanor charges. In 2021, he was charged with misdemeanor failure to exercise due care. That resulted in a fine and community service.
