I looked at DVOA including last night's game, now with opponent adjustments based on this season.

Browns are up to… 22nd

When adjustments switch to being based on this year it will help Rams, Bears, and Bucs rank higher. Seahawks and Falcons will rank lower. (Depends on Week 4 games of course)
