The NFL has told Packers RB Josh Jacobs that he'll come off the commissioner-exempt list and can resume on-field football activities for Week 7. As I wrote for @theleap.bsky.social this week, the recent legal developments left the league with no viable excuses to keep Jacobs on the list.

The NFL's personal conduct investigations regarding Packers RB Josh Jacobs and Broncos OLB Jonathan Cooper continue and additional discipline is possible depending on the findings. But after missing six games — the baseline suspension for personal conduct violations involving domestic violence — both are back.
